By accessing or using Rowbot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rowbot is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for managing rowing clubs, including member management, session planning, equipment tracking, and payment processing.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Club Accounts

Each club on Rowbot operates as a separate tenant with isolated data. Club administrators are responsible for managing their members and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Club administrators act as data controllers for their member data, with Rowbot acting as a data processor.

6. Payment Terms

Clubs are billed based on the number of active members. Pricing is as stated on our website. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rowbot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rowbot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
